Apple Cake🌸 Ingredients🌸 5-6 medium sized apples 1 tbsp of cinnamon 3 tbsp + 2 cups of sugar 1/2 cups + 2 tsp of butter 4 eggs 3 cups of flour 3 1/2 tsp of baking powder 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup of apple juice Method🌸 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees -Peel and cube the apples then add the cinnamon and 3 tbsp of sugar then set aside -In a mixing bowl,cream the eggs and the remaining sugar then add 1/2 a cup of butter and mix -Add the milk and baking powder and mix well -Add the flour and apple juice and mix well -Add half of the apples in the batter and mix until well combined -pour in a greased baking pan -In a cooking pan, melt the remaining butter and add the other half of apples,cook until they caramelize -Put the caramelized apples on the cake batter and bake for around 35 mins *serve with a side of caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream Bon appetit🌸 #thecookette #montreal #canada #lebanese #lebanon #foodie #foodblogger #foodphotography #photography #delicious #like #share #follow #foodblogs #foodielife #eat #eats #laval #apple #good #caramel #applecinnamon#applecake #fall #autumn #dessert #sweet #instagram #food
