Chia pudding for little "foodies" 🥂
For 2 portions you will need:
1 cup of plain Greek style yogurt
2 tsp of chia seeds
50g raspberrys
50g blueberries
Blend yogurt and blueberries in food processor then add chia seeds and place mixture in fridge for min 2 hours. Decorate with mint and raspberries.
180 Cal per portion
10g carb, 6g protein, 3 fat
