Here's an easy, super delicious dish for you, perfect for those cool afternoons we've been having.🌧🍄🥔😋 (Post Credit: @holymitt 💚👇) . I cooked @gourmetmushroom's cremini mushrooms in butter, white wine, infused the sauce with rosemary, garlic, added EVOO, lemon juice, and served it over creamy mashed potatoes.
