I read somewhere a short story engraved, long time ago, on a tombstone of... (Pompeii, Italy) I read somewhere a short story engraved, long time ago, on a tombstone of an Englishman. It says something like this: When I had 20 years old, I wanted to change the world. 10 years later, I realised the world was too big to make a difference in it so I decided to work on my country. In my mid forties, I knew this was not doable so I tried to focus on the city I live in. Not much success on this one too, so as a 60 years old man I picked the street I grew up in and tried to make it better. In my 70's, all I dreamed of was to be able to positively influence my family. Now that I am a tired and old man, I wished I had started working on my self. Like this I would have changed all my family members, who would have influenced our neighborhood, than the city, the country and maybe the whole world ... #italy #vesuvio #pompeii #roadtrip #canon5dmarkiii #canon_photos #mycanon #teamcanon #natgeo #natgeotravel #ig_lebanon #top_hdr_photo #hdrphotopros #flashmoment #ig_photo_gram #_ig_today_ #globalcapture #thehub_hdr #livelovepic #theskyvibess #beautiful_destinations #dreamingnature
