Lebanon's sea is drowning in garbage and washing up onto the beaches. We... (Residence de La Mer) Lebanon's sea is drowning in garbage and washing up onto the beaches. We cleaned this all winter 2016 and it's back with more rain. #diveintoaction tomorrow, Saturday 25 February for a beach clean up at Nahr el Kalb infront of Residence de la Mer, over 100 volunteers and scouts will be onsite participating in a #sort2recycle garbage clean up so it doesn't make its way back into the sea. Grab your friends and make your way between 12pm - 5pm. We won't have any single use plastic consumption on this clean up πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸ»Pizza, @sohat.lb glass bottled water, safety protection suits, reusable gloves, and fabric bags all provided for πŸŒžβ™»πŸ™πŸŒŠπŸ‹.
