My favourite time to experiment with new recipes would have to be on days like today. It's the weekend and life tends to slow down a little. It's cold and our bodies need warming up. The heater is on, the oven is on and my creativity is on and here's what I came up with. I'll call them almond moon biscuits. I made sure that the core ingredient was course almonds hence that delicious nutty taste with a crunch to die for. Hope you're all having a blast of a weekend and make sure you keep warm. 😍♥️🌹
