Spread 1 TBSP of low fat cream cheese on a small size whole grain bagel. Use 100g of smoked salmon & capers... Don't forget to add slices of cucumbers on top (& onions, it gives it a special taste!!). This sandwich of around 400 calories has lots of health benefits. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fats. These are the good fats known to reduce triglycerides & cholesterol in blood, to decrease risks of ❤️ disease, as well as blood clots & strokes... Rich in fibers, this bagel is very filling & is perfect for constipation...
