I've got kechek on my mind!!!
For those of you who don't know : keshek is commonly made with goat’s milk yoghurt and is produced using wheat bulgur fermented in water and sea salt. And it is one of my favourite dishes, in a manouche or soup style cooked with meat and garlic in winter😛
