Afqa grotto and waterfall is the source and spring of the Ibrahim river, it is also believed that this is where Adonis first kissed Venus. Therefore you can find there an old temple and 2 roman stone bridges.

You can head there from 3 main roads:

  1. Faraya Road → Wata Joz Road → Lasa → Afqa
  2. Qartaba Road → Yanouh → Afqa
  3. Laklouk → Akoura → Afqa
