August 22, 2018 by patrickbazGood morning Beirut. I’ll be talking over @icrc_lebanon Instagram account to tell you the story of missing people during #Lebanon’s conficts. #Repost @icrc_lebanon Although Wadih’s parents lived in the same village, he always preferred living at his aunt Ratibe’s place. She was more than an aunt for him. “His mother once asked him to go over for lunch. He had a few bites there and then asked me to send him a plate of what I've cooked that day," Ratibe said. This week and once again, renowned war photographer @patrickbaz, will be taking over our Instagram account. He will be sharing some photos and stories of families who had a loved one go #missing during the Lebanese war. Since the end of the war in 1990, the fate of thousands in #Lebanon remains unknown. Thousands are missing, thousands are missing them. This is the story of Wadih who has been missing since 1982. #goodmorningbeirutbypbz #pbzinbeirut @afpservices
