Homemade Kafta & Pita Kafta🌸
1 kg of ground meat
30 grams of parsley (1/2 bunch)
2 medium onions
2 tsp of kafta spices
Salt to taste
12 small Pita bread
Method🌸
-In a food processor,chop the onions and parsley
-In another bowl,put the meat,spice and salt then add the chopped parsley and onions
-Kneed until everything is well combined.At this point u have homemade Kafta that u can use in plenty of other recipes
-Open the pita bread and spread some Kafta on one side then close it with the other then press it slightly with ur fingers
-Cook it on a frying pan on high or grill it on a bbq until the meat is cooked 🌸Serve it with a side of plain yogurt
