I am so excited to be teaching another raw vegan healthy cooking demo at this georgous Yoga studio in Rabieh @mamaurth with these lovely ladies Noor & Sandra.☘️🍇🍉 Tuesday 4th April 11.30am-1.30pm (there's also a Hatha yoga class just before my class to start an amazing day) I will be showing you some amazing nutrition filled snacks, meals & guilt free sweets n' treats.
