Monkey Bread🌸I make this recipe everytime i have leftover dough (it has... (Greater Montreal) Monkey Bread🌸 I make this recipe everytime i have leftover dough (it has to contain yeast).The recipe i will leave down below works very well and is my favorite. Ingredients🌸 🔸For the Dough 2 1/2 cup of flour 1/4 tsp of yeast 1 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp of sugar 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1 egg 1 cup of water 🔸For the Coating 3 tbsp of brown sugar 3 tbsp of granulated sugar 1 tsp of ground cinnamon 1/2 cup of melted butter 🔸For the Frosting 1 tbsp of cream cheese 6 tbsp of powdered sugar 2 tsp of milk Method🌸 -To make the dough,mix the dry ingredients at first then mix the oil and the egg together,add and mix all together -Add the water lastly and kneed until it forms a nicely formed dough -Let the dough rest and rise for 1 hour before forming small balls -Mix both sugars and cinnamon to make the coating -Dip each ball in the melted butter at first then in the sugar mix and place them in a greased cake pan only half way thru to let them rise easily -Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes -For frosting,beat all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.Drizzle the frosting on top of the monkey bread Bon appetit🌸 #thecookette #montreal #canada #lebanese #lebanon #foodie #foodblogger #foodphotography #photography #delicious #cake #dessert #like #share #follow #foodblogs #foodielife #eat #eats #monkeybread #sweet #dessert #frosting #cinnamon #cinnamonrolls #delicious #laval #خلية_النحل
