June 25, 2019 by thecooketteSpinach Stew and Vermicelli Rice🌸 Ingredients🌸 2 bunches of spinach 1/2 of coriander 3 garlic cloves 6 tbsp of vegetable oil 300g of ground meat 2 large onions 1 tsp of ground sweet pepper 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon Salt 1 cup of Egyptian rice 1/3 cup of vermicelli Method🌸 -In a small cooking pot, Fry the meat with 2 tbsp of oil until it changes in color. Meanwhile, chop the onions then add it to the meat along with salt and both peppers. Cook until the onions are well done and the water is absorbed -In another pot, add the chopped coriander and minced garlic then fry with another 2 tbsp of oil until they are fragrant, add the chopped spinach and fry until they reduce in size then add 1/2 cup of water and salt and let it cook until all the water is absorbed -Mix the meat and spinach together off the heat -In a third small pot, add 2 tbsp of oil and the vermicelli then fry it until it becomes a dark golden color then add salt and the rice and mix well. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
