They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we, #lebanese people, honour that saying with all our appetite. Homemade #zaatar bread, freshly laid fried eggs from free range chickens, #shanklish from homemade #yoghurt and homegrown vegetables is an image I will forever cherish in my heart and mind and I will continue to make this magnificent breakfast feast for my family for as long as I can and I hope to pass this tradition down to my daughters as my mother passed it down to me!
