To #diet or to #train ? The amount of information out in the #wild is nuts .. and the amount of people advising me of the percentage of 80% diet 20% #workout is even wilder..
Let's be honest any #calories deficient diet will get you to #loseweight ,(that means if you restrict your #calorie intake to 1000 a day, and get that 1000 from #chocolate only you will still lose weight, your skin will look like crap, you might feel sick, bloated, no #nutritional value but you will lose weight..) Even if you go on a clean #healthy diet dont forget the fact that you will be #skinny with a saggy #peach , as no amount of #kale will lift that.
Training might not #burn the excess calories you might have in your usual diet, but it will definitely make you #stronger #fitter #faster and give you shape.
So take that 80/20 and stick it up your a** choose to do a 40/40/20 a diet / training / #lifestyle ☀️
