Baked Salmon and vegetables🌸
Easy healthy sheet pan recipe that's done under 30 mins !
Ingredients🌸
500 g of salmon fillets
1 lemon
3 garlic cloves
Salt
Black pepper
5 tbsp of Olive oil
Carrots
Mini yellow potatoes
You can add whatever veggies you prefer like broccoli or green beans
Method🌸
-Cut the potatoes in halves and microwave them for 3-4 minutes in the microwave to shorten their cooking time
-Cover the sheet pan with parchment paper
-Place your veggies and fillets then season with the salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
-Place the cloves and lemon pieces in between the veggies and on the salmon
-Cover with another piece of parchment paper and twist the edges
-Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes then uncover and broil for 3-4 minutes
