Curves of #BeirutSouks. They were built on the ruins of the old souks after the end of the Lebanese civil war. They were designed by famous Spanish architect #RafaelMoneo. We all felt strange about them, some loved their concept, some were angry at the destruction of the old souks, but think we somehow all made our peace since then -- though the country's economic crisis means retail is suffering and some shops are closing down.
