Indulgently delightful, the rum-soaked French dessert of our childhood undergoes an ingenious make-over, to become a memorable experience: a sweet dough, enriched with butter and eggs, baked until golden brown, then soaked in Arak-laced syrup, with a gentle citrus flavor.
